The SRS Bai-Loki was a Shee Research Ship, a smaller cousin of the Shee Ark. It was launched several years before the Shee left Albia, but it had been in operation for only a few years when suddenly all contact with the Shee Research Council was lost. The only hint as to what might have happened lay in one final, garbled message, which contained only one intelligible word: Grendels.
The Shee Research Council concluded that the Bai-Loki had been infiltrated by a small group of Grendels prior to launch and that somehow these beasts had overpowered the crew. The scientists on board the Bai-Loki were declared lost, and no attempt to reclaim the Bai-Loki was ever made.
Now the Bai-Loki has been rediscovered drifting in space, and it seems that the Shee's prediction regarding the crew may have been wrong...

Morzin is the Bai-Loki's marine terrarium. During the meteor shower that led to the volcano control malfunction in in Udrun, Morzin's environmental controls took a serious hit. The temperature plummeted and much of the water leaked out before the ship could heal itself.

Udrun is the desert terrarium on the Bai-Loki. Recently, a meteor impact caused the volcano controls to go haywire, and now the volcano spews out a constant stream of smoke.
